Marcia has served as a lay member of Swansea University’s Council since December 2020 and as the Chair of the Audit, Assurance and Risk Committee from February 2024.
Marcia is a qualified accountant and has been a company secretary alongside other senior roles in social housing and local government, providing her with significant experience of working within regulatory environments.
As the Chief Executive at Caredig, a nonprofit registered social landlord with approximately 3,000 houses across five counties in South Wales, Marcia leads the executive team to deliver value for money through collaborative, strategic leadership and is committed to maximising outcomes and opportunities for tenants and their communities.
