Students with disabilities, medical conditions, or specific needs will receive priority during the allocation process once they have contacted the Wellbeing and Disability Service and provided the necessary information to the accommodation team.

Accessible accommodation guidance

We have a range of accommodation options for students who have specific living preferences or requirements, such as single-sex, alcohol free, or to live with Welsh speaking students. 

We will always try to accommodate students within these options where possible. Please make sure you specify on your application if you would prefer to live in one of the residential preferences listed.

Accommodation fees vary depending on the type of room you choose, providing options to suit different preferences and budgets.

Fees are calculated based on:

  • Room size: Larger rooms typically cost an additional £5 – £6 per week.
  • Bathroom facilities: Shared or en-suite options.
  • Catering options: Self-catered or pre-paid dining packages.
