The Finance and Strategy Committee is a Committee of the University Council.
The Finance and Strategy Committee is a standing Committee of Swansea University's Council, and is ultimately responsible for monitoring the financial health of the University on behalf of Council. It advises Council on financial strategy, sustainability, and performance, and supports the development and delivery of the University's strategic plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Annual budgets and financial forecasts;
- Financial performance and reporting issues;
- Capital investment and major projects;
- Financial policies and risk management.
