Registration Information
The symposium will take place over two days (Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th September 2022) with a Free Networking event open to all (Wednesday 14th September)
We have a range of ticket options
- Full Conference Fee - £250
This includes: Full Conference (12-13th + FREE Networking Event 14th Sep) FREE excursions to The National Botanic Garden of Wales and Rhossili Bay Beach on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th with an evening reception on Sunday evening.
- One Day Conference - £125
This includes: One Day Conference (12th or 13th + FREE Networking Event 14th Sep) FREE excursions to The National Botanic Garden of Wales and Rhossili Bay Beach on Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th with an evening reception on Sunday evening.

The Gala Dinner on the evening of Tuesday 13th September will take place in the Great Hall at Swansea University's Bay Campus. Delegates can enjoy reception drinks from 1900 before dinner at 1930. This can be booked when you register at a separate cost of £30
Bookings
BOOK YOUR PLACE for the Conference. For booking enquiries Email . You will receive confirmation of your booking form by email. Final confirmation of your booking together with joining information will be sent via email prior to the event.
Cancellations
Substitutions may be made at any time. Bookings cancelled less than 15 working days prior to the event will be charged in full. For places cancelled between 15 and 30 working days prior to the event, charges based upon our costs incurred will apply, we will assess each cancellation request on a case by case basis.
We reserve the right to modify the programme of any event up to the day of the event. It may, in exceptional circumstances, be necessary to cancel or rearrange an event at short notice. Swansea University can accept no liability for loss caused by cancellation or rearrangement. Its liability is limited to refund of the registration fee if the event is cancelled.
