At Swansea University, Management and Finance programmes are taught within the School of Management, a Top 30 Business School in the UK.  The School of Management, located on the £450million Bay Campus, is not only where high-class education is delivered but is where business and industry are co-located.  The School is already home to a Fujistu Innovation Hub and R&D team, and we currently house the Bevan Commission and Academy, with more industry partnerships in the pipeline. At Swansea University our learners are given access to academic experts in Management, Leadership and Finance, whilst being immersed in an environment full of real-world industrial leaders.

ION Leadership

The ION leadership programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of owners, managers and key decision-makers of businesses located across the Convergence region of West Wales and the Valleys.

ION leadership offers 3 intense, engaging and effective new courses tailored for people with different levels of leadership experience.

Delivered by business experts, the courses are based on practical, experiential learning within a trusted group of peers and they focus on finding real solutions for the real issues that leaders, at all levels, face every day.

Led by Swansea University in partnership with Bangor University, the ION leadership project is backed with £2.7m from the European Social Fund.
