Use of Facilities
All students are entitled to have access to facilities in-line with their self-declared gender identity.
Under no circumstances should a trans employee or student be asked or instructed to use facilities of the gender they were assigned at birth, and a trans employee or student is free to access the facilities of the gender they wish to be known as and identify with.
Trans employees and students will never be required to use accessible toilets unless they wish to do so.
