The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse (located on the ground floor of the Penmaen building) is part of the wonderful multi-faith provision on Singleton campus.

We have a chill out area with two comfy sofas and a coffee table for anyone to come and relax away from the busy atmosphere. We also have a small kitchen, so please feel free to pop in when you have a bit of time as this is the ideal place to relax and unwind with with a cup of tea or mug of hot fresh coffee. We also have more seating upstairs along with a quiet room and 2 prayer spaces should you wish to use them.

Quiet Room

Within The Lighthouse we are proud to showcase our Quiet Room. This is a small space which can be used by any student or staff member for prayer, meditation, mindfulness or just a place to have some peace to yourself. You can find the Quiet Room upstairs.

Main Room

This room is bookable and features a Zoom TV, chairs, tables, and plenty of space to host a small event! This room is downstairs in the Lighthouse.

Kitchen

The Lighthouse also has a small kitchen area! Here you can find tea & coffee making facilities and some microwaves - perfect for a quick break between classes or to warm up your lunch! There is a large table and multiple sofas for seating. This room is the first room you will find when entering the Lighthouse! The kitchen and lounge area in the Lighthouse
