Guided Meditation
Need some time for yourself? Feeling anxious, restless or fed up?
Our fortnightly meditation sessions, led by our Hindu Faith Rep Mel, are great for carving out some ‘me time’ in a hectic schedule or starting a daily meditation practice.
Starting Monday 30th September 2024, join us fortnightly on Mondays at 8:30 am for a 30-minute meditation session. This session is open to all and designed to be a generic, inclusive space where everyone is welcome. Come and still your mind for the week ahead in a quiet, supportive environment.
You can also join a Baha'i Dreams and Meditation session every Monday. Sessions are at 12pm or 5.15pm in the Lighthouse, Singleton Campus
