Your pre-paid catering allowance is availablie via your time2eat e-wallet companion, this can be spent in multiple catering outlets on campus.

What is your pre-paid catering allowance?

If you’re living in Kilvey or Rhosilli residences, it is your food allowance that’s included in your accommodation fees. It’s worth £43 a week and can be spent on food, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Your first terms credit will appear when you move in. After that, it's topped up at the start of each term (allow up to 5 working days for it to show on your account).
Your catering allowance is available via the Time2Eat E-wallet. It can be topped up by your parents or yourself to spend at the catering outlets onsite.

How to check your e-wallet balance

Select Account	Select Wallet	View your E-Wallet
Located on the bottom right	Once here, you can select wallet	View your e-wallet balance, here you can top-up or share a payment link to your parents

Open the app	Scan away..
Select scan QR code	The QR code can be used to pay at the till or kiosk

How to use your e-wallet to pay on the app

Open the app	Choose an option	Choose your location
Open and tap to order for now or order for later	Select a delivery to your halls, table service or click and collect	Make your selection to browse the menu

Choose your items and add them to your basket	Once in the basket, here you can proceed to payment	Here you can select to pay with your e-wallet. It's as easy as that!

You can’t use it at Students’ Union venues or third-party outlets like Costcutter, JCs or Tesco. The allowance provided has no cash value and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.

2. What can I spend it on?
You can spend it on food, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks at the outlets listed above.

3. When can I spend it?
You can spend it until the last day of your academic year.

4. What happens if I move out or leave the University?
If you move out, finish your course, or leave the University, your e-wallet will be cancelled, and any remaining balance will be lost.
