Springtime fun!
Everyone gather round!
Let's jump up and down on the ground,
Spring is here,
Here to stay,
So let's make the most of it today.

Little lambs jumping too,
Chocolate eggs for me and you,
Having wine in the sun,
While the kids are having fun.

Playing rugby having fun,
While Mum cooked a hot cross bun,
Walking down the street,
Going to get a well-earned treat.

Goodbye Spring,
Do you have to go?
Please return next year,
Before my memories start to blur!

The bluebells ring,
As the fairies call,
They climb up the trees,
They blanket the wall,
Decorating the forest in a carpet of blue,
Be careful not to drown in the hue,
Find your bluebell,
Win your love,
Feel your joy,
High as a dove,
The fairies whisper,
In the hue high above.

Pour:
A bucket full of tadpoles
Into the still pond
And gather some ducklings
As they get to bond.

Pick:
A handful of blossom
From the trees
Then sit down on the bench
And feel the spring breeze.

Place:
A dollop of violas
As they start to grow
Then plant some daisies
Underneath below.

Mix:
A teaspoon of bees
From the old oak trees.
Then sit down on a chair
As you pick up some leaves.

Sprinkle:
A cup full of snowdrops
Dropping off the leaves.
Then listen to the Woodpeckers
Putting holes in trees.

Spring is here for you and me,
Time to see some buzzing bees,
Collecting pollen from a flower,
Then taking it to their higher power!

Children playing,
running about,
Let's see how long we have to count,
We are seekers, you and me,
Let's start counting,1,2,3!”

All the sunrises are so sweet,
Hearing birds sing,“Tweet, Tweet, Tweet.”
Waking up early morning
All these days are no longer boring!

It has been so much fun,
Come on, let's go for a run,
It is time to end the day,
Spring is here, hip hip hooray!

Easter has ended
sunshine has lended
flowers the sun that they need
bluebells are ringing
birds are singing
their fierce song
an ocean of bluebells
fill the fields
magical flowers
towers, of magical daisies
grass green as green as can be
so now you see
spring is as joyous as it seems.

Poetry is not really my thing,
But here's a poem about spring.
I watch the garden all day long,
And then I started to sing a song.

The garden is growing,
Winter is going.
Lilies in sight,
The birds took flight.

Easter is gone,
The stars start to come.
The moon is so bright,
As it turns to sunlight.

Children playing out in the sun,
Fantastic fun for everyone.
Bunnies outside hop hop hop,
I went out and said hot! Hot! hot!

Place:
Some bright white daisies
As they grow in the sun
And a spoon full of children
Having lots of fun.

Add:
A sprinkle of rivers
As the rapids flow
And some tadpoles inside
As they start to grow.

Mix:
A handful of happy lambs
Running in the sun so bright
And some birds in a flock
As they take flight.

Scatter:
A teaspoon full of wild garlic
In the chilly breeze
As the crisp spring air
Starts to freeze.

Bake:
It all together
On a cold spring morning.
Hear the blackbirds chirp
While the day is dawning.

Spring looks like beautiful butterflies
flying gracefully and fabulous flowers blooming.
Spring sounds like brilliant birds chirping
rushing rivers flowing and little lambs playing.
Spring smells like fresh flowers, wet moss and
fantastic fresh clear air, and wonderful water.
Spring tastes like juicy watery tasty berries and fresh clear air.
Spring feels like terrific tall trees, 
smooth sticks, and stiff stones and lamb wool.

Spring looks like bees, flowers, sun shining, wet moss, and clear blue skies.
Spring sounds like bees buzzing, baby lambs, playing in the grass and water of the stream.
Spring smells like washing on the line, chocolate eggs, and beautiful blooming flowers.
Spring tastes like hot cross buns, beautiful washing on the lines, and honey from the bees.
Spring feels like soft sheep, spiky grass, and sun shining on my face.
