You must allow enough time to complete the visa application and for your visa to be sent to you. There can be significant delays so please do not leave this until the last minute as you cannot travel to the USA without it.
ACCOMMODATION: Student accommodation may be available on campus but is not guaranteed due to high student demand. The housing contract cannot be cancelled later if a student decides to not live on-campus so students should consider their options carefully! Oncampus housing also closes for official university breaks such as Winter Break and Spring Break. Students living on campus need to find alternate accommodations at their own expense.
For off-campus housing, the Center for Global Engagement maintains a list of off-campus apartments at: http://cge.fsu.edu/living-tallahassee/housing
