Modules

Students must take one module from the following list:

  • Admiralty Law, Marine Insurance Law, Charterparties: Law and Practice, Carriage of Goods by Sea, Land and Air, Oil and Gas Law: Contracts and Liabilities, and Law of the Sea.

Plus one module from the following list:

  • International Trade Law, Law and Practice relating to International Banking and Commercial Payments, E-Commerce Law, Competition Law, International Intellectual Property law, Law of Intellectual Assets Management & Transactions, International Corporate Law and Governance, and Ship and Other Mobile Assets Finance Law.

Students can choose another 2 modules from those available on International Maritime Law or International Commercial Law

As study on this LLM continues through the summer, students will be required to enrol on to a second academic year to submit their research projects.
