Modules

It is compulsory for students on the LLM in Oil and Gas to study Oil and Gas Law: Contracts and Liabilities and International Energy Law.

Students will also be required to take 2 modules from the modules listed below:

  • Charterparties: Law and Practice, Marine Insurance Law, International Trade Law, Law and Practice relating to International Banking and Commercial Payments, International Commercial Arbitration, Law of Intellectual Assets Management and Transactions, and Law of the Sea.

As study on this LLM continues through the summer, students will be required to enrol on to a second academic year to submit their research projects.
