Applicants will typically have three years’ relevant industrial experience.

Students are also required to have an undergraduate degree or equivalent with at least a 2:1.

Non-native English speakers must achieve an IELTS or equivalent at 6.5 or greater, with no less than 5.5 in any one element.

As part of the application process, you will be contacted by a member of faculty, typically the course director, to discuss your work experience and suitability for the course.

Our programme philosophy blends critical theory with a professional orientation to challenge you to reflect critically on organising for global changes in locally grounded contexts. This philosophy inspires the use of learning and teaching methods that facilitate and enables you to enact your understanding of knowledge, individually and collectively.

As part of the programme assessment, you will make formal presentations, write a client report and also complete a reflective document.

Unfortunately, there is currently no formal Welsh-medium provision on this course. Whilst this course does not offer academic content delivered in Welsh, the University can provide you with the following, and Academi Hywel Teifi is here to support you:

• Personal correspondence in Welsh, English or bilingually.
• The opportunity to create and submit your coursework or sit your exams through the medium of Welsh (even if you have chosen to study in English), and your work will be assessed in Welsh.

International students and part-time study: It may be possible for some students to study part-time under the Student Visa route. However, this is dependent on factors relating to the course and your individual situation. The scholarship package encourages students to develop a number of professional skills whilst working with the School throughout the academic year.
