The South West Wales Reaching Wider Partnership

The South West Wales Reaching Wider Partnership works with school pupils, families and adults from areas within the bottom two quintiles of the Welsh Index of Multiple Deprivation in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. We also work with care experienced young people and carers from across the region.
