Victoria Bates - Management Consultant Life Sciences and Health | Industry Affiliate, School of Management, Swansea University

Victoria began her career in the NHS as a nurse, midwife. She has over 25 years of experience working within the Health Service and Pharmaceutical industry in senior commercial and operational roles, developing and delivering strategic programs in the UK and Europe to support Life Sciences collaborations with Health systems to better empower Citizens and Health professionals to improve health and well-being and achieve outcomes that matter to patients.

Victoria is currently an Independent Management Consultant for Life Science and Health. Her work is focussed on supporting organisations to deliver greater value and build sustainable collaborative partnerships.

Victoria is an affiliate member of Swansea University and supports Executive Education including VBHC programmes and the MBA. She is working with the Association for the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) to support strategic engagement with the NHS and leads patient engagement activities, together with providing ongoing consultancy to a number of Pharma and Market Access organisations. Victoria is a Non-Executive Director for the Life Sciences Hub Wales.
