About
I am Associate Professor at the Department of Economics. My research focuses on the role of social and economic networks in shaping a wide range of outcomes, from firms’ innovative capabilities and organisational learning to broader issues such as global income inequality. In recent years, I have enrichiched this research by exploring the game-theoretic and psychological foundations of network behaviour, particularly examining how peer interactions influence personal motivation and satisfaction.
Previously, I held positions at the universities of Hamburg, Hagen, and Utrecht.
