About

Dr Fadi Baghdadi is a Research Fellow at Swansea University's Medical School. Following teaching positions at the University of Sydney and the University of Technology Sydney, Dr Baghdadi gained practical experience supporting Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in Taroudant, Southern Morocco, on EU, UN, and UNICEF projects focused on child maltreatment prevention and response. His research employs participatory methods to explore ways to strengthen child protection systems in the Global South. Dr Bagdhadi is also the co-director of the Global Challenges in Health and Medicine postgraduate programme.
