About

Rebecca Ellis is an autistic early career researcher. Her PhD in Human and Health Sciences aimed to improve care pathways for autistic children and young people in Wales.

Rebecca is currently a Research Assistant at the School of Health and Social Care within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. She is working as part of the Wellcome Trust funded project “Autism from Menstruation to Menopause.” The project aims to create new understandings of reproductive health experiences of Autistic women and others with wombs across the lifespan.
