Term 1: 2nd July to 18th July 2025

Term 2: 23rd July to 8th August 2025

The programme fee listed here was for Aarhus Summer University 2024.  The programme fee for 2025 will be updated here when the information is available. 

Programme fee for one 3 week term is £1,205 which includes:

• Administration fee

Not included in the programme fee:

• Flights
• Accommodation 
• Personal spending (such as meals, local transport, study materials)

Students may need to pay additional costs which are not outlined above.

FUNDING IS LIMITED!

Funding is only available for one 3 week version of this programme.

You are responsible for making all payments required directly to the programme provider. It is your responsibility to confirm cancellation and refund policies with your programme provider and your travel provider.

You will receive the first instalment of your funding when you arrive overseas.

You will receive the second instalment of your funding at the end of your summer programme.

If you fail to participate in the entire programme, you will be required to return any funding received. You remain liable for any financial commitments you make to your chosen programme before funding confirmation and travel approval are confirmed.

If you cancel your registration up to 2 weeks before the course start AU Summer University will refund the full amount you have paid. You do not have to provide a reason for cancelling.

FUNDING IS LIMITED!

• Details of AU Summer University's application process can be found here.
• You will need to apply to AU Summer University as a Freemover.
• Applications will open on 3rd February 2025 and close at midday on 18th March 2025.
• At the same time as applying to AU Summer University, apply for funding via the Go Global team by completing our online application
• We will review your eligibility for funding and send you confirmation.
•  You will not receive any funding until you arrive in Denmark, so please factor this into your budgeting.
