1. Dates, costs and funding

Programme dates: 2nd August - 30th August 2025

Your programme must be completed by August 31st 2025 for funding purposes.

Programme fee for 4 weeks - £1,695 which includes:

  • Airport pick up
  • Accommodation while on project
  • Food while on project

Not included in the programme fee:

  • Flights 
  • Personal Spending Money 

Students may need to pay additional costs which are not outlined above. All of the above figures are estimates and are subject to change.

Funding available: 

Funding is available to cover the programme fee of £1,695 plus an additional:

  • £500 towards additional costs - for non-WP students
  • £1000 towards additional costs - for widening participation students
