Grenoble INP Ginsen

Programme dates: 16th June - 15th July 2025. 1 week online, followed by 3 weeks in person

Programme fee for 4 weeks - 3500 euros / £2900* which includes: 

• All lectures and practical sessions
• Accommodation in Grenoble, 1 private room per student
• Visits to high-tech facilities
• Planned extracurricular activities
• Medical insurance, covering medical expenses and bills for the entire duration of the summer programme
• Civil liability

* GBP fee is an estimate based on the conversion rate February 2025.

Not included in the programme fee: 

• Flights

Students may need to pay additional costs which are not outlined above. All of the above figures are estimates and are subject to change.

Funding available towards the 3-week in-person element of this programme, however you are required to complete the full 4 week programme in order to qualify for funding:

• £1500 for non-WP students
• £2100 for widening participation students

FUNDING IS LIMITED!

You are responsible for making all payments required directly to the programme provider. It is your responsibility to confirm cancellation and refund policies with your programme provider and your travel provider.

You will receive the first instalment of your funding when you arrive overseas, at the start of the in-person element of the programme.

You will receive the second instalment of your funding at the end of your summer programme.

If you fail to participate in the entire programme, you will be required to return any funding received. You remain liable for any financial commitments you make to your chosen programme before funding confirmation and travel approval are confirmed

FUNDING IS LIMITED!

• Apply via the Grenoble INP website by by March 31st 2025 deadline: https://www.grenoble-inp.fr/en/academics/grenoble-international-smart-engineering-summer-school-ginsen 
• Once you have been accepted to the summer programme, you will need to inform the Go Global team. 
• At the same time, apply for funding via the Go Global team by completing our online application. 
• We will review your eligibility for funding and send you confirmation. 
• You will not receive any funding until you arrive in France, so please factor this into your budgeting.
