Episode 4 – Health and Social Care Heroes: Alan Burnell OBE, Family Futures

In this episode, we talk with Alan Burnell OBE, co-founder and former CEO of Family Futures, a London-based non-profit dedicated to adoption and post-adoption support. Family Futures provides specialised therapeutic care for children who have experienced early trauma, along with support for their adoptive families. Lowri provides an inside look at her role supporting students and families, strengthening the home-school connection, and ensuring students flourish both academically and personally.
