Os ydych chi wedi'ch ysgogi i ddeall a gwella sut mae cynnyrch a gwasanaethau yn cael eu dylunio a'u cyflenwi, gan arbenigo mewn gweithrediadau, e-fusnes ac ymgynghoriaeth reoli, dyma'r llwybr i chi.

Y radd BSc Rheoli Busnes ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe yw'r rhaglen fwyaf sefydledig yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth, ac mae'n adnabyddus am feithrin rheolwyr busnes hynod fedrus sy'n meddwl mewn modd masnachol. Mae Rheoli Busnes (Gweithrediadau) yn Abertawe yn radd hyblyg sy’n cynnig cyfle i astudio dramor am flwyddyn, neu weithio mewn diwydiant am flwyddyn. Gall hyn roi mantais gystadleuol sylweddol i chi ac ehangu'ch gorwelion pan ddaw'r amser i chwilio am gyflogaeth.

Bydd y cymysgedd o fodiwlau busnes craidd a modiwlau penodol mewn gweithrediadau, e-fusnes ac ymgynghoriaeth reoli yn amhrisiadwy wrth chwilio am swyddi ar ôl graddio. Mae ein detholiad eang o fodiwlau dewisol o'r ail flwyddyn a'r drydedd flwyddyn yn eich galluogi i lywio'r radd yn unol â'ch nodau gyrfa penodol chi.

Sut byddwch chi'n cael eich dysgu

Rydym yn falch o gynnig profiad addysgol rhagorol, gan ddefnyddio'r ymagweddau dysgu ac addysgu mwyaf effeithiol, sydd wedi cael eu teilwra'n ofalus i gydweddu ag anghenion penodol eich cwrs. Ar wahân i nifer fach o gyrsiau ar-lein yn unig, mae'r rhan fwyaf o'n cyrsiau yn cynnwys addysgu wyneb yn wyneb ar y campws, gan eich galluogi i ymgysylltu'n llawn â'ch darlithwyr a'ch cyd-fyfyrwyr.

Cynhelir sesiynau sgiliau ymarferol, gwaith mewn labordai, seminarau a gweithdai gan amlaf ar ffurf wyneb yn wyneb, gan alluogi gwaith grŵp ac arddangosiadau. Rydym hefyd yn gweithredu labordai rhithwir ac amgylcheddau dysgu efelychol a fydd yn hwyluso rhagor o fynediad at gyfleoedd hyfforddiant yn y dyfodol. Fodd bynnag, mae ein hymagwedd hefyd yn cynnwys defnyddio cymorth ar-lein i ategu ac atgyfnerthu addysgu wyneb yn wyneb traddodiadol.

Gellir cynnal dysgu ar-lein yn fyw drwy ddefnyddio meddalwedd megis Zoom, gan eich galluogi i ryngweithio â'r darlithydd a'r myfyrwyr eraill ac i ofyn cwestiynau. Beth yw cwrs achrededig?
Un sydd wedi'i gymeradwyo gan gorff proffesiynol perthnasol gan ei fod yn bodloni ei safonau ansawdd. Mae'n amlygu cysylltiad agos rhwng byd diwydiant a'ch cwrs, gan ddod ag arferion y byd go iawn, o'r radd flaenaf i'ch astudiaethau. Gan eu bod yn cyfrif tuag at eich cymwysterau a'ch cofrestriadau, gall cyrsiau achrededig eich helpu i roi eich llwybr gyrfa dewisol ar garlam.

Mae'r Ysgol Reolaeth hefyd yn cynnig Ysgoloriaeth Datblygu Dyfodol ar gyfer myfyrwyr israddedig rhyngwladol sydd wedi cael cynnig i astudio yn yr Ysgol Reolaeth. Mae'r ysgoloriaeth yn werth hyd at £2,000 am un flwyddyn academaidd, sy'n cael ei ddidynnu'n awtomatig o'r ffioedd dysgu.

Mae'r pecyn ysgoloriaeth yn annog myfyrwyr i feithrin nifer o sgiliau proffesiynol wrth iddynt weithio gyda'r Ysgol drwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd.

Cyfleoedd Astudio Tramor a Byd-eang

I ddysgu mwy am astudio dramor, ewch i'n tudalennau gwe Go Global. Nid yw cofrestru ar raglen sy'n cynnwys semester/blwyddyn dramor yn gwarantu lleoliad gwaith semester/blwyddyn dramor yn awtomatig. Mae nifer gyfyngedig o leoedd ar gael ac yn amodol ar broses ddethol gystadleuol. Os na fyddwch chi'n llwyddo i ennill lleoliad gwaith semester/blwyddyn dramor, cewch chi eich trosglwyddo i gwrs safonol eich cynllun gradd heb semester neu flwyddyn dramor.

Mae rhaglenni rhyngwladol yr haf ar agor i fyfyrwyr o bob ysgol. Fel arfer, mae rhaglenni'n para o 2 i 6 wythnos, ar draws cyrchfannau megis Sri Lanka, De Corea, Fiji, Bali, UDA a ledled Ewrop. Am ragor o wybodaeth ynghylch rhaglenni a chymhwysedd, ewch i'n Haf Dramor.

Argymhellwn eich bod chi'n cyflwyno eich cais am le ar ein cyrsiau mor fuan â phosibl cyn ein dyddiadau cau ar gyfer cyflwyno cais. Blwyddyn mewn Diwydiant

Mae'r cwrs hwn yn cynnig y cyfle i chi dreulio Blwyddyn mewn Diwydiant, yn y DU neu dramor*, gan roi profiad gwaith gwerthfawr i chi. Mae'r Brifysgol yn eirioli dros leoliadau gwaith â thâl sydd ar gyfartaledd dros £20,000. Caiff pob cais ei ystyried fesul achos.

Er mai'r myfyriwr sy'n gyfrifol am sicrhau lleoliad gwaith, rydym yn gweithio gyda nifer o sefydliadau sy'n darparu ystod o gyfleoedd lleoliad gwaith.
