This is a level 7 community practitioner focused leadership and management module that is driven through the concept of work-based learning. The module provides the opportunity to consider greater understanding of the demands of operational and strategic leadership in ensuring enhanced service delivery.
The module is designed to critically explore differing styles of leadership and management within your organisation, especially in terms of its impact on care delivery from an operational and strategic perspective. As the module is available for practitioners throughout South Wales the shadowing of key personnel will be addressed through work based learning and students will be supported within action learning sets.
