What first attracted me to the Genomic Medicine course at Swansea was the application of genomics to disease manifestation as well as drug development and treatment. Genomics will increasingly play a frontal role in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and medical research. As such, it is a great choice for anyone looking at a career in these fields.
